This adds a
virtual_listview which support selections with an accompanyingvirtual_listwidget.scroll_tois modified to take aRectindicating the bounds within the view that should be scrolled to.The enhanced list example now uses the
virtual_listwidget.This bumps the required Rust version to 1.75 due to
impl Traituse in trait methods.
